I want to be a lawyer, because I would like to help people who cannot defend for themselves, and I would like to learn how the law work as an attorney, counsel, or solicitor, and its responsibilities I would have to take in order to have become a successful lawyer.
The first real development of a lawyer occurred in the ancient Roman Empire during the reigning of the emperor Claudius in the first century C.E. The ban on fees is abolished and legal advocates are allowed professional status. During this time, a class of legal professionals quickly evolves and by the late fourth century a true legal profession has taken shapes, dedicated to the study and practice of law, with regulation and standard in place for guidance.
Approximately 759,200 people are employed as lawyers. The current trends related to the law and some that there are many current trends and some that can ever reshape the legal industry. Jobs related to a lawyer may be found in probably nearby areas or where you live or by where if there is a courthouse nearby you and it will depend on your skills of becoming a lawyer.
The general duties of a lawyer are that lawyers specialize in multiple areas, some of the areas that lawyers specialize in may have to include environmental law, criminal law, family law, social security, and disability, medical malpractice and international law, lawyers advise clients as to their rights under the law and help protect the interests of businesses and other groups. The specific duties of a lawyer is that he must communicate with the client and should have completely have understood the case before he has to deal with and know how to represent the client when in court and should be able to have gain trust from the client so that he cou...

...ble for. Trying to get into law school and passing the bar may be the first trials but for some attorneys there are more serious problems once in a firm.
There are little chances for an advancement in being a lawyer because you would have to take some test to get into then after I get out of college I will have to get a good on my LSAT to get into law school and then when some lawyers started at a law firm and new college graduates start as associates and work with and experienced lawyer. I would have to stay in school longer if I were to become a lawyer and I would have to go to trials. I would have to research a lot and go to some trials and take some test. Yes because I really like this job and I like to work for and the law and help others who cannot do the same for themselves. I would stay in this job because I really like it and would like to protect the law.
