The first part of the journal addresses very specific area of 'Software Engineering' and the second part is about Virtual Team Setup as a general and evolving management model. I am considering the second part of my inference for further and future implications.

In the future, the Virtual Teams are inseparable entities of modern global organizations. Today, it is clearly visible that global economy is based on two major sectors - Manufacturing (including Information Technology product) and Services. Manufacturing which involves products, invariably have product life and hence tend to get saturated due to changing requirements or technological breakthrough. Whatever may be the reasons, for a whole life cycle of the product, the support and service is a must and this is where the virtual teams play a great role. This will help in setting virtual teams quickly and effectively.
