Since the boom in space technology about 30 years ago, man has found the method for expanding his existence beyond the many once thought "unbreakable barriers." Together with this development in space technology came a large quantity of information and discoveries of the compounds of the universe, and scientific questions seemed to jump out in equal number. The question that captures the eye of the media today causing a bitter controversy is probably the most easy to understand, considering the complex astronomy jargon. Is life possible on Mars? The fact is we still don't know. Some scientist believe man should look up in the sky searching for new habitats for future generations, since human kind today seems to be going backwards in many aspects of the earth's ecology. The first attempt would be to study the moon; the second, our neighbor planet. Unfortunately, our actual technology slightly provides strong, useful information about the red planet because of the vast distance between us.
While people such as Steven Spielberg and George Lucas try to convince us with hundred million dollar movies that we are not alone, engineers and geologists like from the NASA-Stanford University team pursue, based on true evidence, the idea of possible life on Mars. All bodies with mass exert a gravitational pull on the bodies around them, even you and me. The larger the radius and mass of the body the larger the force. Most people know that the force of gravity on earth is much greater than on the moon, but how much larger is it, and how is gravity calculated?

With a mass of 8.683e25 kg and a diameter of 51,118 km at the equator, Uranus is the third largest planet in our solar system. It has been described as a planet that was slugged a few billion years ago by a large onrushing object, knocked down (never to get up), and now proceeds to roll around an 84-year orbit on its belly. As the strangest of the Jovian planets, the description is accurate. Uranus has a 17 hour and 14 minute day and takes 84 years to make its way about the sun with an axis tilted at around 90° with retrograde rotation. Stranger still is the fact that Uranus' axis is almost parallel to the ecliptic, hence the expression "on its belly".

An observation of the Moon was conducted from Friday, November 8, 2013 to Thursday, November 14, 2013. The study of the Moon during this period occurred consistently between the hours of 8 and 9 p.m. EST within the Northern Hemisphere at 37.3346° N, 79.5228° W (Bedford, V.A.). The Moon was noted to be illuminated on the right side and had a dark shadow on the left side indicating a waxing phase. The light region grew over the surface of the Moon with each subsequent night. The first night’s phase was waxing crescent with over 25 percent of the Moon lit up. The next night, the light had grown to cover more of the Moon as it continued through its waxing crescent phase. On November 10th, the Moon exhibited traits of being at first-quarter or half-moon status because at least 50 percent of its surface was illuminated. In the following nights, the Moon displayed characteristics of waxing gibbous as the light continued to grow across the moon’s surface from right to left. The Moon was nearing closer to the full moon phase on November 14th as only a very small dark shadow was visible on the left side.

However as the company evolved they expanded their business to start making pet care, chewing gum products, confectionary, and food and drink products. The company says it does 200 million consumer transactions a day despite that extreme reach across the globe it is also one of the most company in the world. The owners are three multibillionaires who are all reportedly in the top 20 of richest of Americans. Mars is one of the premium companies to work for because of a number of factors. Their employee treatment is well known to be one of the most effective on the planet. This along with a multitude of effective leadership creates a wonderful work experience for all employees (Kaplan, 2013).
During a full month period, the moon goes through a set of phases every single time it makes a full revolution around the Earth. The moon’s orbit is tilted at about 5 degrees. Phases are caused by the changes in positions of Earth, sun, and the moon. When the sun is behind the moon, the part of the moon that is facing the Earth isn’t lit up. This is the first phase, called the new moon. The second phase is called the waxing crescent. In this phase, the moon is growing into a crescent shape while it's slowly moving around the Earth. The movements of Mars and Venus in “The Planets” by Gustav Holst are two seemingly opposite pieces, with completely different feelings, tempos, and instrumental arrangements. The characteristics of the two gods couldn’t be any more opposite, yet Holst decided to put them one after the other in his symphony. There are a few different explanations of how the moon originally formed, but there is a most widely accepted theory. This theory explains that there were debris/other planetary objects floating around in space that happened to hit into the Earth during its late phase of the growing process about 4.5 billion years ago. This knocked out rocky debris into space that then went into the Earths orbit, therefore creating the moon. Some may argue that this is impossible because there is no iron in the moon. This is because when the planetary object hit the Earth, all of Earths iron had completely soaked into the core. So all that was sent out into space into Earths orbit was just rocky leftovers. The second theory is called the "capture theory". This theory is says that the moon formed somewhere else, and was "captured" by earths gravitational pull. The third theory is called the "condensation theory" this theory states that the moon and earth were condemned together from the original nebula that formed our solar system. The fourth theory called the "Colliding Planetesimals Theory" states that the interaction between the earth orbiting the sun, and the sun orbiting planetesimals, which are large Astroid like rocks, led to the breakup and formation of our moon from the debris of these planetesimals. Since 1976, when the Viking Landers took off toward the red planet, people have been wondering if there is life on Mars. There have been questions of pictures taken from Mars and skepticism about why some of the recent landings have failed. Scientists, up till now, have been doubtful about life on Mars.
