Introduction: With the development of internet and improvement of digital transmission technology, network communication is becoming a part of people's life. For the publishing individual this situation cause the ability of audience which process information is greatly strengthened. At the same time, the situation sparks audience’s demand to make the information more personalisation. Thus it can be seen that, expressing individual, spreading ideas, real time information, quickly and easily, these elements becoming the audience’s basic requirement of information distributing and communication platform. Twitter embraces new technology, use sharing and circulating as it’s basic communication pattern, it encourages individual to get involved in to the news which means everyone can be the first time event publisher. In some way, twitter fits the needs of the audience today, and promoting the construction of civil society. On the one hand, the twitter world is a complex system which is composed of the dialogue from different social strata; In the other hand, the contents and transmission mode of twitter are actually very fragmented which means that the news on twitter platform has some features, such as unsystematic, or sometimes news is piece together by human. However, the emergence and spread of twitter did offer a new platform for public sphere, and impact the public discourse of mass.

This essay emphasises on analysing how twitter constructing a new public sphere and how we can use twitter become a platform for news production and production. this article is divided into four parts:

Users can register online to be a member of twitter life and mobile phone, tablet, laptop, any networking devices can be the devices to receive and publish twitter message which make twitter more portable. Precisely because the low barriers and portability, more and more people attracted by twitter, and the audience has grown. on twitter everyone can be the news publisher, everyone is broadcaster.

On twitter the problems discussing by audience are broad and deep, universal participation. This situation fundamentally eliminate the public sphere be isolated from the outside. Audience can speak out, show their standpoint and criticise for the temporary reality on twitter platform.
