Training and Education Programs for Employees Today, most of organizations attempt to develop the outlook and performance of its employees by using training and educational programs. In comparison to this, several academician's, researches and professionals hold that the personality of employees is generally developed when they learn several dimensions of job while working. Similarly, it is also believed that proper development of the personality of an employee by exercising ‘on the job’ will be more useful when the organization simultaneously gets related mission to enhance employees’ performance. The supervisor need too applied some mission to enhance their employee performance. Such as performance appraisal, motivating the employee, learn how to be a good communicator (effective communication), learn active listening skill and teach them how to listen, problem solving and decision making. From this mission it will get the benefits for the company. Performance appraisal is a process of obtaining, analyzing and recording information about the relative worth of an employee. It is a systematic periodic and an impartial rating of an employee’s excellence in matters pertaining to his present job and his potential for a better job. The supervisor should keep in mind to be aware of the complexity of the decision making process and the availability of the wide range of skills that can be obtain in each situation. Awareness allows the identification of key moments in the decision process that can be influenced. The skills permit different type of actions such as negotiation, bargaining, or manipulation of pressure just to mention a few. As a closing point, managers will improve the ability to deal with decision- making process based on previous experiences. Manager must be willing to make decisions, willing to accept consequences for the outcome, and continue searching for other situations where they can develop the different skills required to make decisions.
