Websites and app’s like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter allow family, friends and businesses to communicate with one another from all over the world. Businesses use these websites to promote sales, send out coupons, and also to keep up with what people are saying about their product. Fancois Gossieaux said, “Social media allows us to behave in ways that we are hardwired for in the first place – as humans. We can get frank recommendations from other humans instead of faceless companies.” Not only can you use social media sites to ask your family and friends about products; you can also reach people in different states or even countries what they might think of that product.
