Midterm Paper The Synergy Family Foster Care Agency sits on a residential block among homes located between Poplar Street and Cartwright Drive. On the east side of Chillicothe in Ross County Ohio on East Main Street the outside of the agency looks like a two story home. The home has a porch, only from the front side it has brick only half way up and then white siding all the way around. Also, on the left side is a stair case that ascends up to the second floor as an entryway for a tenant. As the person walks in they step into a small lobby to your right is a small play area for the children to look straight is an office painted green. As you turn to the left and walk through the doorway this takes you into another office this has three walls painted burgundy the wall you enter through is pained cream. This office is set up for who oversees the bills and accounts. Make another right and you will see a cream hallway walk back a little bit and to the right is a water cooler, and bathroom facilities. Going back into the hallway and again turning to the right you next encounter two offices across from one another the one on the left is painted orange, and the one two the right is painted blue. The hallway dead ends as you proceed into the office right ahead of you cream in color used for licensing foster parents, meeting room, and parent training classes. They also have a brick building structure out back which has also been renovated into an area for the kids to play during parent training sessions, holding holiday parties for the children, and have space for interns to do their work.
