Dr. Hans Selye, the founder of the theory of stress or depression were defines stress as "a non-specific reaction by a person by reason of a burden upon it." (Dr. David B. Posen (Lifestyle Counselor and Psychotherapist); Stress) 'Burden' can exist in the form of threats, challenges or any change in one's life that require parallel modifications. There is good stress again positive, it is named as “eustress”, some are worse negative, and it is named as "distress." Positive pressure is we need in our lives to make us more cautious, excited, and creative and more focus and attention to what we are doing.

Type of stress is there two types of stress:” good” and “bad”. Good stress, or eustress, is positive, presents opportunity for personal growth or satisfaction, and pushes people to higher performance. While, bad stress or distress, is negative and results in debilitating effects.

In that case, I will discuss the factors the stress on the individual, the effects of the stress and how to overcome the stress. Various factors cause individuals to face the stress. According to modal of stress, this model describes potential sources of environmental factors, organizational factor and personal factors.

According to S Michie (Causes and management of stress at work) found Situations that are likely to cause stress are those that are unpredictable or uncontrollable, uncertain, ambiguous or unfamiliar, or involving conflict, loss or performance expectations. Stress may caused by time-limited events, such as the pressures of examinations or work deadlines, or by ongoing situations, such as family demands, job insecurity, or long commuting journeys.

Meditation involves setting aside time on a regular basis to clear the mind of details and focus on being alerts and calm. Practice meditation for a few minutes each day can help reduce psychological and physical stress level.

Eat healthily and do exercise regularly. Nutrition’s and eating habits play a big role in keep our systems fit. The tips to consider such as try to avoid consumption of alcohol and caffeine.

In conclusion, stress or stress experienced by an individual a response from an inability to deal with the problem at hand. If the pressure or stress is not dealt with, will be detrimental to the good of the individual physical, mental, emotional and social activities.
