“It’s the Possibility of dream come true that makes life interesting” - Paulo Coelho
This perfectly holds true for me in the world of Computer Engineering where novel ideas are not a novelty. It is this novelty that entices me to this field and gives me a deep sense of professional pride. In this context, I would like to pursue my graduation in Computer Engineering, which not only supplements the knowledge that I possess but also provides a strong platform for my future career goals.
After one year's work experience as a Network Engineer at Its Not Yellow, a US Based online news portal, I want to return to academic study and undertake post graduate studies in Computer Science and Information Science at the Temple University.
Post my under graduation with an Engineering degree in Information Technology from Nagpur University, I realize that I needed to gain practical working experience as a Network Engineer to gain first-hand knowledge of what the life of a Network/System Engineer entails. At my job, I especially had the opportunity to participate in cutting-edge projects and discuss ideas with senior engineers and founder of the firm. I soon realized that, although I enjoy handling the complex situations and their upcoming results, I was unsatisfied with carrying out only routine procedures under the direction of others. I wanted to be part of a team that directs the course of the project. My senior colleagues have encouraged my ambition and I feel this is the right time for pursuing my higher studies.

My interest in topics closely related to System and Security often serves as a background for increase in my interests in cluster computing and cloud computing that are in modern days widely used in system and network reliability- areas that are of great interest to me. Moreover my work on network performance in Its Not Yellow adds up to this framework. Experience in these fields, in system administration and engineering is widespread at the department and it makes admission to your University more desirable. I have the strongest incentive to advance as far as I can and to discover something that has not been known before. I am certain that application to University of Temple is the best possible step to accomplish it and I would regard my admission not only as a great honor but also as a great responsibility and an obligation to work hard.
