Today’s life demand speed and full of bustle. Break into something rare. Moreover, people who face a stressful job and always emotionally tense and full of problems, such as this one will not feel rested even if just woke up in the morning. Due to continuous tension triggered made some people cannot sleep well and ran to the sleeping pills for a way out.
Sadly, there are many people who consider the rest as something detrimental as not productive and spend the time that would otherwise be used for work.
There is one story of a carpenter who was sawing a large tree. It’s been hours he was busy sawing large trees and seems to have been very tired. 1 . Sleeping 7-8 hours a day, try to not less than that.

The world is full of defilements and everyday we are infatuated by them, sensual desires, and delusion, although we often do not know it. The temptation only ceases when the concentration we obtain from meditation results in greater happiness than sensual pleasures can ever provide. There are several options or paths to take when dealing with a sleeping disorder. However, options depend on the severity of the sleep disorder. I was able to successfully complete four sleep pattern logs, including two week days and two weekend days. After comparing my sleep logs to each other, I believe that I have an adequate amount of sleep each day. Sleep is something that is important for growth, creative thinking, restoring and rebuilding memories, recuperation and protection of humans as individuals (Meyers, 98).
