4. Quality Control Corresponds to RFP Evaluation Factor 4 (i) Internal review procedures that facilitate high quality standards in the organization. Quality control must oc¬cur in every step of a project, not just as an inspec¬tion at the end of the deliv¬erable preparation process. During each project, we apply continuous attention to quality control by: (1) preparing frequent interim deliv¬erables, such as draft working pa¬pers, to identify and resolve any quality issues as early as possible; (2) establishing data quality objec¬tives for each task that requires collection of data, to ensure that we have a baseline against which we measure actual research findings; (3) docu¬menting all research findings; (4) performing systematic peer reviews; (5) docu¬menting all interim and final findings and recommendations; (6) soliciting continual client feedback; and (7) applying the highest standards of editorial quality control for all written deliverables. In addition, we regularly discuss our approach and findings with peers to monitor the quality of our services and to elicit feedback from a critical peer group. Our proven quality control methods have yielded consistent praise from our clients regarding the quality of our work. This is attested to, for example, in our Past Performance Report (displayed elsewhere in the proposal), the fact that clients assign complex projects, and by our high rate of follow-on assignments. As stated by one of our current clients, a prime contractor for the U.S. Air Force, “The work performed by Seres Engineering & Services has consistently been of exceedingly high quality. This has helped the team earn high performance ratings from the Air Force.” (Jeff Smoak, President, Advent Environm... ... middle of paper ... ...ement Holding Company. We consistently make near- and longer-term fore-casts of workload and share information about known or projected new task orders. Our project tracking system ensures that we staff each project effectively. SES ensures that no in¬dividual staff member is working on too many projects. SES’s ac-counting system supports project cost accounting on task order contracts, which is essential for a contract like a GSA’s PES Schedule Contract, where it is common to work on projects for different client agencies simultaneously. In collaboration with the client we determine a suitable day in the week, where we provide a status report of the activities on the project during the past week. The regularly scheduled meetings allow us to consistently focus on the needs of each client and provide a pattern that supports on-going attention to all projects.

Quality Improvement Plan - Part Three Quality improvement initiatives are effective only when the organizational structure and culture are aligned with a similar vision for the provision of quality care delivery and a commitment to continuous improvement. Organizations must take an active approach to measure, assess, and improve processes, creating an environment supporting quality improvement initiatives (Spath, 2014). The creation of this type of environment should be evident from the top tier of leadership to the front-line employees, creating a culture supporting the delivery and sustainability of quality care. The following paragraphs will identify and discuss the authority structure of the Quality Improvement Plan, including the roles and responsibilities of the members involved in the plan implementation. Additional discussion will include the roles of communication, education, and evaluation in the quality improvement plan.
We ensure that no in¬dividual Project Manager is working on too many accounts. And we will hold pe¬riodic meetings for all staff members to ensure that we efficiently share informa¬tion and data sources to al¬locate resources. A portion of our weekly management meetings is devoted to staff alloca¬tion and balancing multi¬ple projects for multiple clients. Finally, EYP’s ac¬counting system supports project cost accounting on Task Order contracts, and provides roll-up reports at any level required (e.g., for all projects under a partic¬ular contract, by agency).
One of the main advantages of VE is that building an approved and confident work environment in which all parties and project team members are engaged in the project and working as the owner from initial stage of civil engineering projects. Also, VE is more focusing on value improvement and not just savings of cost. Additionally, Value engineering enhances the client’s satisfaction by knowing their exact needs and expectation (DBIA, 2010).Moreover, it strengths the collaboration between the client and the contractors therefore the contractor will participate by been proactive in any likelihood of risk by giving advice to mitigate risks.

Such a system guarantees that any outcome that does not comply with specified requirements is restricted from unintended use, restrained, and dispositioned by the administrators. Accompanied by this quality control is the verifying position where first-time quality and process capacity is advanced (Drew, 2011). Every team member is informed about any modifications in the production process and who and when to summon for assistance in the event of any quandary. Every team is also included in the problem solving to reach any improvement in goals.

Quality is a word which has been used for a very long time, lots of books have been written about it, and many of the world scientists have defined it in many different ways. In this research paper, I will emphasis on the Quality Management System, why is it important? What is it used for? What is the importance of having a Quality Management System? Many people think implementing QMS costs a lot and all the benefit is a piece of a paper which say that your company is certified in having QMS so you can only hang this picture or certificate on the wall and tell your smart customer that you have it. In fact, no blames on them, they have not used this system yet, they do not know that this system save a lot and a lot of money for companies. They do not know that this system create a dynamic motion within the companies so everyone know what he/she is doing, everybody understands his/her role, and everyone can feel being an important part of the process then everybody can work towards a clear and unified target. However, having a lot of benefits requires a reasonable cost and in the same time it worth. There are several organization which are concerned and involved in this issue, those organizations have produced a unified standards and those standards have its requirements. The International Standardization Organization which located in Switzerland which have a contribution of 157 countries have produced a standard which is concerned about the QMS.
