Restaurant Review
It was rainy, crowded and loud at the entrance, the smell of cigarette and rum filled
the air of the lobby area. It was Saturday night at the T.G.I.F in San Francisco, the Giant’s
were playing so the place was packed and fans were being loud. The restaurant is located on
a corner nearby Pier 39 and it almost has an Aspen look to it. The building itself is made of
bricks with big colorful windows and huge cherry finished wooden doors with brass handles.
Inside, the walls are cherry wood and covered with big mirrors and stuffed dear heads. The
tables and chairs are all dark wood with a very rich red color. The atmosphere inside almost
had an Irish pub feel to it, people were very happy and socializing loud, laughter filled the
air. Men argued about whose team was better, young people laughing at jokes and friends,
there were televisions tuned to sports.
The staff there were all clean cut and very down to earth but yet nice and helpful.
Although we were a party of 15 and the place was packed, the wait was only 15 minutes.
They sat us down and we had a waitress with us promptly to take our drink order. There
cuisine is more along the line of good old fashioned Americana food. Fried foods, ribs,
barbeque and burgers. They have a small variety of salads and soups but it had something

Also, the inside of the house felt cooler inside than outside once walking a few steps inside. When walking to the left along the hallway is a living room with a window to look out at the front yard, a multi-purpose pool table set and a couple of couches. I kept walking down the hallway until I reached the dining room; the long wooden table was empty except for the same oak chairs surrounding the table as if they were worshipping the table. The seven candle holder against the right side of the wall isn 't lit because the dining room had enough light from the sun shining through the sliding glass door that is past the main living room. From here I could hear my turtle tank and my fish tank filters splashing the water like kids in a
Once I made it through the security check, I then took the elevators up to the will call window to pick up my tickets. Then proceeded towards the line to get my

... wait was and they said twenty-five minutes, so we put our name on the list. We were shocked; we thought that the wait would be a lot longer than twenty-five minutes. We went outside and sat on a bench in front of the restaurant while we waited. They finally called our name and we went inside. We ordered our food and made small talk while we waited. Then it was time to say goodbye. We followed them to the exit of the base and beeped as we drove away.
Many of the customers are regulars who have been coming to the restaurant ever since it first opened, which is why the owners make it a priority to provide a consistent menu with the customer’s favorite entrees. The restaurant strictly serves dinner options, as it opens its doors at 4pm. The menu consists of seafood, pasta, steak, and sandwiches, as well as a daily entrée and soup specials, allowing every customer to find something that appeals to them on the menu. Although the menu features a wide variety of food, many of the options, especially the seafood, can be quite pricey for many customers. This results in many customers only being able to come in for special occasions, as the food is too expensive to pay for on a regular basis. Some of the restaurants most popular items, such as the prime rib, are only available on the weekend, resulting in customers who come into the restaurant specifically for thos...
The piano sits peacefully near the corner, its rich mahogany wood reflecting the bright moonlight streaming in from the rooms only open window. The rest of the chamber lies shrouded in shadows, hiding the plush carpet, embellished furniture, and the expensive artwork hanging on the wall. Somewhere out the window an owl hoots her wisdom into the night.
It started off with Sabrina Carpenter, the girl plays Maya on “Girl Meets World”. Shortly after Sabrina’s performance, Jacob Whitesides took the stage. He sung a few songs and soon exited the stage as well. Jack and Jack came up, and then sing a few songs of theirs, in addition to a never before heard song that they performed. R5 appeared soon after, and played several songs, some heavy-metal. It was really awesome. Then it was Fifth Harmony. But before they got on stage, they made a grand entrance on the North side of the stadium where people entered. I was in the front of everyone, making a pathway for them. Meanwhile, security was holding people off. I was so close to them, I could have literally touched them. Except for the fact that there was a security guard standing right in front of me and surrounding Fifth Harmony. They got on stage, and sang and danced for an hour straight. It was pretty
Great, I had a positive professional relationship with the staff. I made myself available to assist with various assignments to build a rapport with all the staff members. In the beginning I thought some of the staff was standoffish, but after working with all individually I realize everyone has task they are trying to complete and time is limited to fraternize and build rapport in a busy setting.
... was made up of shiny platinum just like the outside. The walls, floors, and high ceilings were made of the enchanting platinum. The furnishings and the decorations were made up of glistering platinum and gold. It was breath takenly beautiful.
After 15 minutes in B-Bop’s line, Mr. Johnson ordered, paid, and they went on their way home.
Running a restaurant can be one of the most stressful jobs as well as the most fun and rewarding jobs. If the manager is a good leader with excellent leadership skills and has great followers the restaurant will be rewarded. If not the restaurant will plummet in sales and no one will be pleased. While developing a business. staff is important to running a successful restaurant, it is also essential that management focus on its public relations as well as its sales and marketing strategies.
