Being a Teacher
Is your life important to you? That is a statement anyone would replay, “yes” to. As surprising as it may seem, though, an important, successful life would not even be, without one essential element: teachers.
Teachers, educators, instructors, mentors, or baby-sitters, whatever they may be classified as, they are necessary for many reasons. They are foundation or our American society, they are a source of security, and possibly the parents some never had.
They are the foundation of our American society, meaning they educate everyone. Attending school, whether it is public, private, or home taught is mandatory in America at a certain age. Therefore, all the basics of life are experienced at school. That is a big responsibility for a teacher. So, would we have physicians, law enforcement officials, businesses, and all the other daily occupations without teachers? No, teachers educate all members of society.
Teachers are to some children, a source of security or rescue. When they feel no one else listens or cares, or when another child insults or laughs at him or her, a teacher is one they can confide in.
Parent, in meaning, is more than giving birth to a child, feeding, bathing, and putting the child to bed. A parent is to give a child morals, beliefs, psychological and emotional needs, as well as the physical needs like feeding and bathing—but not all parents do. That is w...
Tina Chen’s critical essay provides information on how returning soldiers aren’t able to connect to society and the theme of alienation and displacement that O’Brien discussed in his stories. To explain, soldiers returning from war feel alienated because they cannot come to terms with what they saw and what they did in battle. Next, Chen discusses how O’Brien talks about soldiers reminiscing about home instead of focusing in the field and how, when something bad happens, it is because they weren’t focused on the field. Finally, when soldiers returned home they felt alienated from the country and

After America was brought into the Second World War, The 82nd Infantry Division was reactivated back into the United States Army under the command of General Omar N. Bradley. With this division being reactivated meant there was many untrained and unexperienced men in this infantry division. Most of the soldiers volunteered after the bombing of Pearl Harbor. All of the paratroopers were volunteers. Bradley taught these men how to use a gun, conditioned these men to run for long periods of time, and made all these men muscularly stronger. By August 1942 the 82nd...
With knowing little more than conflicting orders and mixed situation reports, the QRF, a small force of Rangers and Air Force PJs, were headed into an extremely hostile LZ and would spend the day fighting for their lives. Some of them would pay the ultimate sacrifice to live by the sworn oath to never leave a fallen comrade.
The 84th Infantry “insignia consists of a white ax splitting a white rail on a red circular background.”3 They are known as the Railsplitters, a tribute to Abraham Lincoln’s famous use of an ax. Once reactivated in 1942, the men began their preparations for WWII by war gaming at the Louisiana maneuver area, a training camp filled with some of the harshest elements, to include marshes and hilly terrain. They practiced “free maneuvers”, which was the combination of infantry, artillery, tank destroyers, and other branches of the Army.4 They trained in amphibious operations, and hundreds of new Railsplitters learned to swim. The veteran commanders seemed to have a great grasp on what their men needed before sending them to the front lines of western Germany.5

Teachers help students meet the purpose of life needs by teaching them the things they need to know to be successful adults. Teachers do not teach just the basic core subjects, but they teach children how to be responsible and respectful. They teach them the things they need to know to be good citizens in society.
Peter hunt’s ‘Instruction and Delight’ provides a starting point for the study of children’s literature, challenging assumptions made about writing for children and they are trivial, fast and easy. Children’s literature is a conservative and reading it just to escape from the harsh realities of adulthood. It’s probably the most exciting for all literary studies, and a wide range of texts, from novels and stories to picture books , and from oral forms to multimedia and the internet , so it presents a major challenge and can be considered for many reasons. It is important because it is integrated into the cultural, educational and social thinking for the success of the publishing and media, and it is important to our personal development. Things that may seem simple at fist, how children understand the texts, how these differ from the
Teaching allows a person to obtain so many roles, including a counselor, housekeeper, mommy, daddy, role model, parole officer, nurse, nanny, babysitter, athlete, artist, secretary, referee, computer analyst, psychologist, and a leader. Teachers change lives forever with their influence.
The Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway, Jaipur-Kishangarh Expressway, and NE 1 are part of NH 8. That’s the reason properties alongside NH8 have seen a spiking increment over past few months. This place holds a great potential for future investment as well.

Teachers serve as the guiding force in a student’s life. They are responsible for molding a student’s personality and shaping his/her mental orientation. Teachers deeply impact our lives and direct the course of our future. One cannot deny the influence of teachers in one’s life. In fact, it would not be an exaggeration to say that, till a certain age, out life revolves around our teachers. They are our constant companions, until we grow old enough to come out of their shadow and move ahead on our own.
I believe that teaching is the most important job known to humanity. In fact, I do not believe it is a job, but rather, a debt payment to society. Education is important because it not only opens doors to a better life, but it also insures one a happier life. It develops in us a perspective of looking at life. It makes us capable of interpreting rightly the things perceived. Without education, we as a whole, would be further behind in the world and would not have as much technology as we do now. Education also equips us with all that is needed to make our dreams come true. It is because of education that we have the comfortable living style that we have today. For those who are troubled, education acts as an outlet to success. It is education that builds in every individual a confidence to make decisions, to face life, and to accept successes and failures. It instills a sense of pride about the knowledge one has and prepares him/her for life.
“Teaching is often a difficult process, but the end result is very rewarding. Watching a child develop confidence and seeing a student progress in their studies is a very exciting process. Teaching young children is especially great because it is setting a foundation for life-long learning.”(Chronicle guidance publications). What is teaching? A teacher is a person who provides education for pupils (children), or students (adults) using lectures, audiovisual aids, demonstrations, and computers to present academic, social, and motor skills. Teachers can also teach foreign languages, art, kids with special needs, and P.E. Teaching has changed a lot compared to the traditional methods of just lectures and textbooks. Students now are encouraged to actively learn through groups or individual projects. They have learning games, debates, and experiments to help them through the learning process. Being a teacher would be a great career for anyone who wants to further themselves, to help people, and to have great benefits (chronicle guidance publications).
In a society where kids must go to school up to the collegiate level, teaching is an impactful career choice. Teachers help contour the minds of future leaders of the world. Furthermore, teachers play a crucial role in guiding students to the knowledge, skills, and abilities they need to succeed in life, and teachers lead students to make informed decisions on any topic the meet in the future. As a teacher, a person must relinquish their knowledge onto students. Finally, they must prepare their students for all the obstacles they will face later in life.
