There has been much speculation on concept of post death survival. Even though there is no cut and dry straight answer in explaining this, I believe Gretchen Weirob’s argument against the possibility of post-death survival is false.

Weirob is persistent in the thinking that once she dies that will be the end for her. That her train stops there and that there is no possibility of being reborn or moving on to the next position in the life cycle. She believes that her physical body is the only thing alive and does not believe that when it dies, a soul will live on in some way. There may not be enough concrete evidence to support either way, however given the deep exploration of the subject, thinking objectively I believe there is life after death.

In my own view, Weirob is wrong in the thinking that once our bodies die we in essence cease to exist. Throughout history many religions have based their teachings on the preparation for the after life. Ideas of reincarnation and freeing the soul offer a strong connection to a higher power.
