PeterPan- A character created by Scottish novelist j.m. Barrie’s first appearance in the little white bird in 1902, the gender of PeterPan is male, His nationality is English tinker bell. Is also PeterPans best friend Peter Pan spends his never-ending childhood adventuring on the small island of Never land as the leader of his gang, the Lost Boys, interacting with mermaids, Native Americans, fairies, pirates, and occasionally ordinary children from the world outside of Neverland. Barrie never described Peter's appearance in detail, even in the novel Peter and Wendy 1911, leaving much of it to the imagination of the reader and the interpretation of anyone adapting the character. Barrie the creator of the novel mentions in Peter and Wendy that Peter Pan still had all his Baby Teeth. Traditionally, the character has been played on stage by an adult woman and the original productions in the UK, Peter Pans costume was a red tunic and dark green tights as worn by the character Nina Boucicault the women PeterPan that I mentioned earlier Peterpan is mainly an exaggerated stereotype, a boastful and careless boy. He is also very quick to get the point out how great he is, even when such claims are questionable such as when he congratulates himself for Wendy's successful reattachment of his shadow. In the book and play, as well as both film adaptations, Peter either symbolizes or personifies the selfishness of childhood, shown in novelist’s Barrie's work through constant forgetfulness and self-centered behavior. In some variations of the story there where some spin-offs also, Peter can also be quite selfish and arrogant. Hasbro became Play-Doh's owner, and continues to manufacture the product today through its Playschool divisions in 1996, gold and silver were added to Play-Doh's palette to celebrate the success of the play-dohs 40th anniversary.
