As a successful student, you are an inspiration to many. I will strive to follow in your footsteps through adhering to the guidelines set out by the characteristics that you possess. We, as high school students, have a rare privilege: a few years to devote most of our time to absorbing a vast variety of knowledge in order to assist our futures. In order to accomplish this task, I will continue in improving the strengths that I currently coincide with yours, while attempting to acquire new ones that you possess, however I lack. No matter what challenges I am forced to face, I will overcome them due to my goals and work ethics. Finally, my desire to succeed is greater than my fear of failure; therefore it is inevitable that I will become a successful student
To begin, many of my strengths are on par with yours. This includes characteristics such as active listening, honesty, and task orientation. Firstly, I can attest to the benefits of active listening, especially since I am an auditory learner. This means that I learn best through listening; therefore this is where I like to focus my attention during a lesson. Secondly, I pride myself on honesty, especially academic honesty. I believe that there is no gain in regards to taking credit for someone else’s work, only a disappointing loss. Lastly, task orientation is a key component in my success. Without it, personal learning would not occur and progression would not exist. Overall, I am thankful that some of my character traits line up with yours, as it demonstrates to me that I am on the correct path to becoming a successful student.

... truth. As you may have guesses I do am immensely determined when it comes to my work ethics, which will unequivocally assist me in succeeding. This burning desire constantly beneath me is the fire that is going to lead to my achievement of being a successful student.
In conclusion, success is subjective mine will be different than other, but for everybody it at least scratches the surface for self-fulfillment. As a result of my strengths, my improvement on my weaknesses, my goals and my self-motivation and work ethics, becoming a successful future is in my reach. No matter where I sit today, in the future I am going to exit high school in your shadow, as a successful student. Perhaps I’ll make my own path to reach this destination, and I will make my own shadow, but what I do know for sure is that I will go from shades of gray to millions of vibrant colours.
