Overlapping Stories of Osiris and Jesus

This is a comparative essay of Osiris and Jesus. In this essay I will compare the two stories on 8 points that I found kind of overlap on one another. It should be pointed out that the Egyptian myth came around more than 2000 years before Jesus was even said to be born.
The first topic is the Birth of the two Gods and the signs given as to when they came. When Osiris was born To Geb the Egyptian Earth God and Nut the Sky goddess a voice came to Pamyles to spread the good word and Pamyles attended him for life. When Jesus was born in Jerusalem he was born of the Virgin Mary and of the father Joseph. The night he was born a voice came down from heaven and a shepherd tending his flock heard it and went to see the child, also three wise men from the east came bringing gifts.
Both Jesus and Osiris were divine children but were supposed to lead a life of the common man. Jesus came as a result of a Virgin pregnancy for his mother Mary and he is the only son of God and his father Joseph was a poor carpenter. Osiris was born of 2 Gods and is the great Grandson of the most powerful God of Egypt, Ra, but was attended all his life by Pamyles and was brought up to be a king of Egypt.
Osiris taught the people of Egypt who were barbaric at the time how to feed themselves by growing crops and how to worship the Gods and he gave them laws to live by. Osiris was a great king and after he taught the Egyptian peoples how to be civilized he then left and when on a journey to teach other peoples the same laws on how to be a civilized culture. Jesus through his preaching gained 12 disciples who he taught the key to everlasting life. Jesus during his 33 years on earth traveled around to different countries of what is now the Middle East an...

...her husband and he is finally able to go to the afterlife. Where he will stay till the last battle with Seth takes place.
In the final cross over in the stories in my opinion is in both stories after the last battle is waged and won by the righteous side the followers of Osiris and the followers of Jesus and those that have stayed true to their faith will inherit the kingdom of everlasting life and will live with their king forever.
In conclusion since the story of Osiris came more than 2000 years before the story of Jesus and they were both descendants of the most powerful god in each religion I believe the Christian story is kind of a mix between what the people had heard over time from other stories such as Osiris and what the writers of the gospels of the bible needed to complete their tales of Jesus and his time on earth and how it applies to them.
