Upon our arrival we were met by the reporting person, Theresa Webb. Webb stated she is Vaughns Niece. She said that she is his caregiver and she lives with him at 1605 Glen Ave. Webb said that on today’s date, at approximately 1700 hours, she observed Vaughns standing on the sidewalk in front of their house, smoking a cigarette. In this essay I will be talking about friendship and if it is capable to obtain friendship over the internet. I will first talk about Cocking and Matthew and their article Unreal Friends and how they believe friendship cannot be capable over the internet and social media. Secondly I will discuss Briggle and his article Real friends: how the internet can foster friendship and how he thinks that it is very possible for friendship to form online. What would it be like to have a twin? This is a question people often ponder. People often say that they see someone that resembles someone they already know. It is almost like dejavu. “Twin” comes from the German word “twine” meaning “two together” (Nagy 1). Most people automatically think of two people who look just alike when they hear the word “twin”. However, there is a lot more to twins than just looking alike. Twins are the most common type of multiple births. Many think there are only two types of twins, identical and fraternal; they often leave out conjoined twins. Twins are very unique and fascinating individuals because of their similarities biologically, physically, and psychologically.

Do they get it when they understand right from wrong, or when they can read, or are they born with it? Everyone has one and nobody has the same, is there a point in everyone’s life when they get one? In Mary Shelley’s novel, Frankenstein, a major motif running throughout the novel is doppelgänger, which means double. Doppelgänger is a counterpart of a living person, meaning a mirror image of each other, and plays a prominent role in Frankenstein. Victor Frankenstein creates a creature, by lingering around graveyards consisting of old body parts. The creature is brought to life and Victor is frightened by what he has created. The creature is the counterpart to his maker, Victor Frankenstein. Victor and the creature resemble each other in more ways than one, exhibited throughout the novel such as their relationship with nature, or desires for family.

Multiple identities have been increased by the creation of cyberspace communications according to "Cyberspace and Identity" by Sherry Turkle. Turkle uses four main points to establish this argument. Her first point is that online identity is a textual construction. Secondly she states that online identity is a consequence-free moratorium. Turkle's third point is online identity expands real identity. Finally, her last point states that online identity illustrates a cultural concept of multiplicity. I disagree with many aspects of her argument and I have found flaws in her argument. Technology is an area that does not stand still and consequently outpaced Turkle's argument.
