During my undergraduate studies of clinical medicine, among various things that I learnt was that an excellent health service depends on all departments in a hospital. In any serious hospital, there is need for proper equipment and qualified skilled staff. With this you will be assured that the patients will be diagnosed accurately and managed properly. However quality medical system does not only depend on the consultants. The working staff in the various hospital departments has their share of responsibility as well. Upon deep reflection I have observed a true fight between human body and pathogen, which start affecting the body by interacting with a single cell. The affected body later on expresses this invasion as a symptom. Parasites however are an exception of this. This view is reinforced by observing the patients in the ward and those in the emergency room. Therefore, there is a great need to expand our knowledge in this area.
