“It exists alone in history (Weber 13).” The word unaccompanied might send chills down the spine of any individual with the slightest knowledge of its connotation. Those lucky enough to have survived it lived on in constant fear of the “twisted cross” worn on the arms of men whose sole purpose in life was to kill anyone they considered to be unworthy of life by their own perverse standards. Some six million Jews along with hundreds of thousands of Roma (gypsies), mentally ill, physically disabled, homosexual, and otherwise “racially unfit” men, women, and children were murdered in cold blood. There was no rational reason for the slaughter of these people. The only motive their killers possessed was that these people were different and somehow imperfect. “It is the Holocaust, the systematic, state-organized persecution and murder of [millions] … by Nazi Germany and its collaborators (Weber 13).” The Nazis were striving to breed a perfect race (Campbell). Anyone who did not fit the Aryan model had to die. However, the manner in which these people were murdered may prove to be even more appalling.
During World War II, between the fall of 1939 and the spring of 1945, Nazi doctors conducted numerous, extremely dangerous medical experiments on unwilling concentration camp prisoners. Upwards of twenty different types of medicinal research and more than seventy projects were conducted in the name of medicine. “At least seven thousand were so treated, based upon existing documents and personal testimonies; there were undoubtedly more for which no documentation or personal testimony remains (Jewish Virtual Library).”
Doctors have consistently been considered as the “saviors … the healers, and caretakers” of all humanity (www.remeber.org)...

The words physician and doctor is not mentioned in the Bible. However, God says, “I am the Lord who heals you” (Exodus 15:26, NIV) which makes Him our ultimate healer. Additionally, God has a plan for each and every one of His children. He has assigned all his children a certain passion, craft, and love for either teaching, healing, loving, and/or caring for one another. Nonetheless, the Bible expects us all to take personal responsibility in all areas of our lives for His sake because we all have the responsibility to “believe in the good news and repent” (Mark 1:15, NIV). He lives through us in all that we do and “lying lips are an abomination to the Lord, but those who act faithfully are his delight” (Proverbs 12:22, NIV). We are able to live on His green Earth because He sacrificed His life for ours. Therefore we should not “be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect” (Romans 12:2, NIV). Auschwitz, is about a Jewish doctors, Dr. Nyiszli, experience as an assistant for a Nazi, Dr. Mengele. Dr. Nyiszli arrived at Auschwitz concentration camp with his family unsure if he would survive the horrific camp. This memoir chronicles the Auschwitz experience, and the German retreat, ending a year later in Melk, Austria when the Germans surrendered their position there and Nyiszli obtained his freedom. In 1945 200,000 people were murdered. All of them were children and disabled. The kids that needed help were killed in the Euthanasia Program to save resources. The Euthanasia program was a program designed for the killing of the disabled and started with infants and children. The Euthanasia program was designed by a few people and these people decided how the disabled were selected and killed through the program. They started the program for a specific reason, to make their race superior and pure, this made the life of the discriminated very difficult, with a lot of restrictions on their rights. The medical experiments started in World War II. Buchenwald was one of the first camps built in the summer of 1937. The prisoners were made to carry very large rocks to build it during their “free time”. Prisoners were used for Virus Researches like Typhus and were infused with numerous types of pathogens to reveal the strengths of the vaccines. Usually killing the subjects, forced prisoners like the Jews and Gypsies were force to take part. The Buchenwald Camp was freed April 11, 1945. The day after that, President Franklin Roosevelt died. Soviets then used the camp as another concentration camp, not for civilians, but for their own enemies in Germany.
“One of the most extraordinary aspects of Nazi genocide was the cold deliberate intention to kill children in numbers so great that there is no historical precedent for it.” (Lukas, 13 Kindle) About 1.5 million children were murdered by the Nazis during the Holocaust—one million being killed because they were Jews (ushmm.org) The Germans had a clearly defined goal of killing the Jewish children so that there would be no remnants of their race to reproduce, resulting in extinction. Not only were the children that were victimized in the Holocaust persecuted and murdered, but they were all stripped of their childhood. Children were not allowed to be children—they had to, for their own survival, be adults. The oppression of children because of race was a direct result of Hitler’s cruel policies and beliefs. In order to stifle the Jewish race from growing, the children were the first to be slaughtered at extermination camps (ushmm.org).

The Medical experiments of the holocaust were performed by specific scientists on unwilling subjects for reasons that could be considered both necessary and unnecessary.
During world war 2, many jews were put in concentration camps. Some of which, were experimented on by the SS (stormfuhrer). These experiments were cruel, harsh, and performed on completely unwilling victims. Most of these experiments were performed with no numbing or pain killers. One of the most famous doctors to perform these was Dr. Josef Mengele. He did many experiments to try and find a way to sterilize the entire jewish race. What the SS did to the Jews during WW2 was unacceptable. There was no justification to what they did at all, even if some good did come out.
In December 1946, the War Crimes Tribunal at Nuremberg indicted 20 Nazi physicians and 3 administrators for their willing participation in carrying out the harmful research on unwilling human subjects. Thus, Nuremberg code was the first international code for the ethics to be followed during human subject research. It was permissible medical experiments implemented in August 1947.
