My Superman
Over time, I have had numerous individuals who have influenced various aspects of my life. Their personal characteristics, accomplishments, and values have influenced me in a positive way. They help shape the way I am in the present and what I will be in the future. They are someone that I can look to for advice in a hard situation and know that they will give me words of wisdom. They will never judge me on my past mistakes, but only look to help because they really do care about me. But, when reflecting on truly personal influences in my life, no one has made a greater impact than my father.
My father has worked very hard throughout his life to make sure he is able to provide for our family. When my dad escaped from the killing fields of Cambodia to live in the United States, he had very little money to support himself.
