God have already promise that he would give us the desire of heart and will supply are needs according to his riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). This day let us make in our goal and objective is to follow the survivor through all life twist and turns. Not every day is a good day for a person however every day is a good day in Jesus because he is working things out for us no matter what the situation is for each of us. God word speaks to us to encourage us in Romans 8:28 and this blessing declare to us this day that we will make it through life this
“This He did out of sheer love for us” (Athanasius 8). This quote refers to the amount of love that God had for humanity, this love had been strong enough to shine through our own rejection towards Him. It continues to do this. When the human race repeatedly rejected God, He continued to have mercy on us. “It was our sorry case that caused the Word to come down” (Athanasius 4). Why would God continue to love us after all this? God could not abandon us, His creation. If we look at kings and rulers in the time of Jesus, we would most likely see corruption and death. When a king was upset he would often take a violent path. God, on the other hand, chose to send someone kind and loving to help us rather than to hurt us. This proves that God is and was genuinely concerned for us, and wanted to see us prosper. “ Now that the common savior of all has died on our behalf, we who believe in Christ no longer die” (Athanasius 21). God wants us to have faith in Him, He wants us to live forever with Him. Another king might bring death upon his people rather than on himself only for his well being not of his people’s. When Jesus died He gave us the option of life over death. All we must do is have faith and believe that He is the on...

Neely opened her paper with a powerful but yet simple scripture from the Bible. “God is Love.” (1 John 4.16) I believe this is one of the many important scriptures to look back on when talking about a Christian worldview. Love is the core of my Christian worldview. In Luke's Gospel, Jesus mentions this "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” He says, "Give to everyone who asks of you. And from him who takes away your goods do not ask them back…” (Luke 6:30-36) Christian love is giving to others what you would want them to give to you in that situation, even if they can’t give it back.
The Person of Christ When discussing and proving the person of Christ, there are two basic laws that must be addressed and proven. First you must prove that Christ is one hundred percent human (humanity), then you must prove that at the same time Christ is one hundred percent God (deity). As human, Christ had a body, he had a soul and spirit, he had human characteristics, and he was called by human names. In Luke 2:52, it is written that Christ, even though he had a virgin birth, He was born with a human body that was conceived by a human body.
The concept of the Deity of Christ is one of great complexity. Numerous students, scholars, theologians and philosophers have studied Christ and His attributes. One of the most asked questions and sought after answers has been thoroughly dissected and examined to be able to even begin comprehending such a mystery. Millions ask: “How can Jesus Christ, the Son of God be one-hundred percent man, and one-hundred percent God at the same time? Also, how is it even possible that Jesus Christ, the Son of God, can also be God Himself?”
God always shows love- He showed his love for the Israelites by defeating the Egyptian. In the Exodus 14 the Bible explains how Pharaoh tried to recapture the Israelites. Pharaoh prepared 600 men with him and chased after the Israelites in the wilderness. The Lord saved the Israelites by splitting the Red Sea, and allowing them to cross on dry land. However, the Lord showed his power by closing the Red Sea around the
Attention Getter: Life is like a huge roller coaster, a journey full of twists and turns, and ups and downs. And sometimes in this journey there arises various situations where one is unable to deal with these turns, let alone have the energy to face the ups and downs. In situations when the downward spiral becomes difficult to overcome it seems to linger on and on. The major cause of such feelings, are the chaotic activities of life. Stress is no stranger to our daily life. Stress in its severer form can lead to everything that we care about and love become strained and puts a burden on our physical and mental health. Therefore, we must take a hold of our stress, hang on to life and practice helpful techniques to vanish these stressful dilemmas. When we understand our situation, the better we will be able to get through them with ease.
Our main goal is to present everyone fully mature in Christ. (Col. 1:28) we warn those who are idle and disruptive, encourage the disheartened, help the weak, be patient with everyone. (1 Th. 5:14-15) We pray for them (Jam. 5:13-16) and help them to recognize and repent for their sins. (Matt.
Love is one of the most important elements in Christianity. Although there are many different definitions of the word love, people use the word to mean a strong desire or liking, romance, benevolence, giving, or even sexual intercourse. In Christianity, the word love includes serving the welfare of others. Such love is often called an agape love. Some people often recognize it as “Christian love.” Agape love, in the Greek language, means to act consciously and to choose to love someone without expecting anything in return from them, even though the result of the action may bring inconvenience, discomfort, or even death to the giver (Love Feast (Agape), n.d.). In other words, agape love is also a sacrificial love. This love is not an emotional or impetuous love but rather a more purposeful love. This kind of love is the kind Jesus referred to in Matthew 22:39, and it is the kind he wants us to apply to our daily life by loving others.
Humans experience three types of love in their lives: eros, philos, and agape. Eros love is conditional, like the love we experience for our favorite foods or TV shows. Philos love is conditional still, but deeper; the love we experience with our friends and family is philos. Agape love unconditional and everlasting; agape love is the love that devours. Humans cannot exhibit agape love for anything or anyone, but rather, only God can. God shows us agape love through Jesus’ crucifixion for our redemption. By sacrificing His one and only Son, God has freed humanity from sin. What about those that still sin? Does God truly love everyone with such unconditionality, or is His agape love reserved for an elite few? God’s love is indeed for everyone,
...e struggle is the completion of our task. There are conflicts in finding our purpose, how we are to complete our purpose, and finishing before death. These conflicts are determined by irrational conflicts and unconscious motivations.
