In this era of globalisation and technology, health is always being put aside by Malaysians. People tend to not to care about their own health and care about wealth more than anything else. From logic point of view, this kind of perspective is totally wrong and unreasonable. People should care and place their health in the first place instead of their wealth. Wealth can be found anywhere when people are healthy but you can never buy health when you are sick unless you can pay for the treatments. Health should be one’s priority as it plays a crucial role in one’s life. Health is the one factor that determine and guarantee people abilities to do work, chores, and to complete every activity in life. From this, we can how important and how much health serve to human. Without proper and good health care, people will likely fall sick which causing them to become less productive in life and making them unable to perform their daily activities. Living a healthy lifestyle is very important due to the increase obesity cases around the globe. If you are not doing everything you can to improve your overall health, you are jeopardizing the quality of your life. Today, you can gain lots of knowledge on how to have the best foods for your body, the best exercise routines for you and further information you need to lead your way to a healthier lifestyle ( Dannielle, 2007 ). People especially Malaysians should take serious and continuous actions to live their life in a better way as most Malaysians suffered from various diseases namely diabetes, obesity , high blood pressure and lots more. Well, healthy lifestyle is defined as a way of life or style of living that reflects the attitudes and values of a person or group. The key to have a healthy lifestyle is that you should start practice ones during your early years; start young. Remember to stay physically fit always. Even it is just something little such as like going on a walk, do it, as long as it can help to make your body fit. One method to share once that person is getting old , try to do some exercises so that your muscle will be built some more. Get a frequent medical check-ups at the hospitals to ensure your health condition is good. In a nutshell, it is always better to prevent than cure so take that very crucial chance, before anything bad or worse happen to your health, take a very good care of your body and live your life in a healthier way to ensure you to also have a better chance to live longer and spend more time and create beautiful memories with your loved ones.
