Human Resource Management is the calculated and reasoned method of managing for an organization’s most valued assets. There is a response for the people who are working and ensuring the achievement of the role for the organization’s goals and objectives, increasing in the organization's effectiveness and satisfying all of the employee's needs.

Employee costs usually consume a big percentage of the common budget of most companies. So it is very important to find good employees because it may also help the companies to improve its performance and increase success. By managing human resources effectively and efficiently, it is possible to know that all workers are motivated and satisfied willing to perform their own duties to the best of their abilities.

The responsibilities that encompass this method of Human Resource Management include a multitude of different activities, among these activities and other tasks are deciding factors of whom to choose from the candidates and the whereabouts of finding quality employees, recruiting and training the best ones. Therefore the employment interview is the most widely used selection technique.

If we will look at this method deeply we can see the main advantages and disadvantages of using it. For example there are some advantages in this method like these: perceptions, personal feelings on personal opinions can detailed identified, which helps the interview probe the candidates, ask them more detailed question with providing some useful examples, the interviewee’s words, his or her thoughts and beliefs can be recorded and later, if there is a need be used and reviewed.

But there also are some disadvantages. For example, this methods cost a lot for the interviewer and whole organizations...

The most important aspect of any business is recruiting, selecting, and retaining top managers job interview is the beginning step in hiring and keeping good workers. If the interviewer can ask the right questions it is more likely to select the right candidate for this job who wills ultimately the right fit for the organization.

The competition for skilled and talented workers will never stop. And to hire the best ones requires certain skills for the interviewers. Like knowing the job well, being a good listener, and how to redirect a conversation. And most important is to be able to make a distinction between those who simply want the job and the perfect candidate who can get the job done. Knowing how to conduct a successful interview can help you land the best employees, even with the ups and downs of the current market.
