As technologies have exploded since a dozen of years, marketing firms have now a very close access to the customers. The way they communicate with potential customers has changed over the years and is still changing now. Internet, cell phones, social medias are all types of medias that the companies are forced to innovate. They have to adapt their strategies to the new reality. Indeed, a successful business is constantly updated on the new technologies and tries to integrate them into their marketing strategies.
First of all, technology for marketing purpose is characterised by the information that are used to produce or to sell products or services. Many of us don’t get out of bed in the morning without checking our phone and going on the internet to see what the weather will be like for today, calling our friend to see where to meet before school, and instantly turning on our favorite songs to get ready to. Thanks to the 1990s, all of those things are possible. The 1990s introduced technology such as the internet, cell phones, cd’s, and many other things that has changed the world, and made communication and finding information faster and more convenient.
Technology and technological changes may pose many challenges to marketers. Ever feel like the world of technology is moving faster than the biggest software companies like Microsoft and Apple can’t keep up? Ever been in a meeting with a bunch of “techies” and not understand a word or acronym their off their lib’s? How about this- you are asked a question and with your reply they all look at you with dear in the headlight expression? Then in the back on the room and older gentleman politely explains to you and the group; With all due respect that system and software you described is no long sustainable and is not supported by any system. If you have ever experienced this, welcome to my current world.
Technology has changed a pretty fair amount just over the last ten years, so imagine how much it has changes since 1970 to now 2016. In today's society we can't live without technology, we use it everyday for just about any reason. We use technology sometimes without even realizing it. How many times have you looked at your phone to check the time when there is a clock hanging on the wall or a watch in your room or on your wrist? How many times have you checked the weather on your phone rather than turn on the T.V. and watch the news? We do these things because it has become the norm in our society it is faster to glance at our phone to look at the time rather than reading a clock. While technology is not always a bad thing we can
Technology has really changed in a massive amount from 1970 to 2016. The first mobile telephone call was 40 years ago on the day of April 3, 1973. In 1970 nobody had wondered or even thought that technology would come to be what it is today. There is something called “Moore’s Law” the definition of it is that it’s the doubling of internet speed every 18 months. At today’s rate, according to Ray Kurzweil, a human will experience up to 20,000 years of progress in their lifetime, rather than 100 years which was about the measurement in 1970. Kurzweil wrote this or said this in 2001 so i suspect the number is way greater now. Kurzweil also says this “Just think about how much things have changed in the past 10 years—wireless internet, smart phones, Facebook and Twitter—and then try to imagine how vastly different things will be in 2021, or even 2100.” In the year 2016 we have bluetooth and iphones
Technology has undoubtedly made a huge impact in our lives through several different aspects. From the laundry machine that washes our clothes, to the microwave that heats up our food, technology has allowed us to live an easier and better lifestyle. One area that the advancement of technology has really influenced is crime. As the demand of consumers increase, new products are released which many use to their advantage and can cause an increase in the amount of crime that occurs throughout the world but, more specifically the United States. On the other hand, the criminal justice system has noticed several issues that need to be addressed and release new inventions that in turn reduce crime in the targeted area of interest. We are eternally learning from other cultures and adapting and forging a new approach to better understand and reprimand offenders and make sure justice always prevails. We have seen history and technology alter and imperceptibly modify towards new cultures and an easier lifestyle.
Technology was simple. Now there are so many options. When I was younger, all I used was Windows. Now we have Safari, Firefox, and Google Chrome. There are so many choices. Technology has not only changed itself, but transportation and communication.
Movies have changed, because people have changed the technology, and they have made it where an average movie they make today, sometimes makes billions of dollars, in a matter of months. So yes I can say technology has changed a lot.
Technology can have many effects on society, they can be both positive and negative. Depending on out outlook on things you opinion will be different. Technology has changed over the years and it has changed in many good ways but also in some bad ways.
Introduction In an attempt to find out why most governments and economists encourage technological changes even though it increases structural unemployment, it is important to first and foremost understand the meanings of ‘technological change’ and ‘structural unemployment’. Technological change refers to the improvement of processes that make it easier to produce more, efficiently and at reduced inputs. On the other hand, structural unemployment refers to a situation where skills needed to produce efficiently cannot be matched to appropriate unemployed persons due to technological change – in other words, it refers to inefficiencies in the labor market. Governments and economists and encourage technological change in order to efficiently improve production with reduced inputs, thereby boosting the economy. Impact of technological change on employment As new innovations and technologies are brought into production processes, matching continuous training is necessary to ensure that the supply of skilled labor is available to work with these technologies.

Through the creation of the internet and devices such as the GPS and smart phone, technology has blossomed our country into a high-functioning and efficient society. However, with technology so readily available, humans often abuse its luxury. For example, many people’s lives revolve around their wireless gadgets. Although technology has significantly improved our society, it continues to invade lives and strip humans of the ability to function normally without it. While technology remains an important and
