Background
In today’s world , most of the organizations become conscious about the importance of customer centered attitudes and awareness which develop the customer knowledge in the direction of better understanding about the particular organization . One of the main challenges of them is how the managers or leaders control the information system which holds a great importance to customer information needs and also customer satisfaction (Stair,& Reynolds ,2008). It is important for the executives or managers to have a good understanding on what are the customer needs and organize the entire system in the way of preparing information’s toward the needs of the customers. Customer and information system are two different parts which cover each other on the way to provide useful information’s about the entire organization and data’s which help the customers to find their desired hotel as well (Laudon, 2006). It is useful to categorize the hospitality industry into establishments that provide largely service for customer and supply those kind of information’s about the whole organization to facilitate the customers in the way of resolving their needs as well(Diwan , 1999).

Furthermore , the implementation of hospitality Information Systems (HIS) is one of most important keys of service quality in hospitality industry toward attract more customers into the organization. This is a clear evidence , that with no organizational information system approach any challenge to make steps towards the customer is likely to fail.
Because, internet today is enabling web-based suppliers an opportunity to meet a choice of different types of customers (Schoenbachler&Gordon, 2002) and has evolved as a feasible distribution channel for the firms that wish to expand their market penetration (Frazier, 1999; Frazier & Antia, 1995), reduce costs (Payne & Frow, 2004), increase revenues ( Kotler, 2000), spread risks, and strengthen customer loyalty (Kelly, 2002) through its use (Hobmeier, 2001).now most of the hotels are using the multiple channel strategy where they are in partnership more than one sales and distribution channel to serve the same target market and this has grown in the recent years. This is creating higher complexity for the hotel management as the data are coming from different partners. As customers, today are using multiple channels, it is almost certain that the future will remain to contain a mixture of even more complex channels (Balasubramanian , Raghunathan, & Mahajan, 2005).
