DEVELOP AND PRACTICE AWARENESS

Apply awareness inside, outside, throughout, and overall.

We have the ability to focus perspective. For the purpose of health, this focusing can apply towards an acceptance, comfort, and appreciation for who we are and where we stand in the moment. Regardless of our actual behavior, this is instrumental in providing value to ourselves, and reenforcing the condition of health.

This can sound 'woo-woo', but it applies beyond spiritual-connection and emotion. Awareness also encompasses the consciousness of how we physically interact with ourselves and our environment. This goes to say, with the intent of health, we are purposeful in each of our engagements, regardless of mundanity and any previously-established routines, rituals, or patterned behaviors.

This takes shape in a fresh perspective, that responds to the tides of the ‘landscape’, but facilitates our response that is in our best interest.
