Group Work When I was on work experience, I had started to work in a group with the elderly at a café, which had been set up by the colleagues for the elderly with dementia where the café was known as the ‘memory café’. At this event they had they had tea and food and had a guest singer who sang popular songs for the 80’s where there was a positive atmosphere in the room because all the elderly who attended the café were singing along with the music. This also links into other care setting from surgeries to schools because this kind of information would have to be told to someone responsible which this has to be told to others in different care settings link hospitals, offices and other setting.
