Foreclosure Crisis Solution
When it comes to problem solving, there is always a three point system to follow: The first point, is to identify the exact problem at hand to the point where whatever problem we find can no longer be broken down and we have one clear issue. Next, we have to identify if a solution has been made available through some past event instead of “reinventing the wheel.” Finally, the last point is simply application of the solution. Now, in the case of the foreclosure crisis, we can try to fix problems here and there, go back to what caused problems in the first place and in a sense, try to reverse that process, but those are quick fixes that are comparable to placing a band-aid on a gash. The main problem which we need to focus on is that of our global economic contribution and along with that, we need to lower our debt and strengthen our economy immediately. The ways in which we can solve these issues are by focusing on education, mainly in the sciences, and by legalizing drugs and allowing only the government to distribute and profit from them. We have pumped money back into what caused this crisis and raised our debt by an extraordinary amount and now we need to make significant changes in order to obtain significant results. Legalizing and profiting from drugs, along with developing science and education will both lower our debt and positively affect other aspects of our society that are in desperate need of attention such as crime rate, unemployment rate and standard of living.

If we try and fail, we can at least say that we tried. With all of our understanding of how the mind works and what effects drugs possess, by using reason, we, as a nation, should be able to realize that drugs alone do not corrupt a person. Most of the time, there are many environmental factors that will corrupt a person long before they turn to drugs. Other times, drugs are that key component that begins a person’s downfall into a life of crime, but by advancing our educational capabilities and reducing problems such as unemployment, crime and hunger, we can then reduce those corrupting environmental factors and not only arrive at a more stable economy, but a country with a better standard of living. How to solve our problems is written clearly in the books of history, we just have to find out which page we are at.

The last quarter twelve percent (12%) of American homes are in default of their loan, or in foreclosure. Add that to the previous four quarters and that is eight point seven (8.7) million homes in crisis. (Further on known as HIC's) The United States “Bail Out” helped major mortgage corporations, and their chief executive officers (CEO's), but not the families that are in, or were in these HIC's across America.
The U.S. industries have been outsourcing manufacturing for several decades now. U.S. companies thought they were reducing costs by outsourcing development, manufacturing, and process-engineering abilities. Consequently, U.S. corporations’ knowledge, skilled workers, and supply chain, which are the necessities to producing advanced products, have vanished. For example, almost all notebook computers, cell phones, and handheld devices, which were once created in the U.S., are now designed in Asia. When a major U.S. company outsource, it pressures their rivals to do the same thing. They also lose the expertise of process engineering, which would interact with manufacturing on a daily basis. Minor companies and skilled workers go to where the jobs and knowledge networks are no matter where they are geographically in the world. This decline of trade in the U.S. has caused a negative chain reaction to their suppliers of sophisticated materials, tools, production equipment, and components. Ways that I think we could do this is educate kids earlier on the dangers or drugs and the effects they have on you, also educate adults on it too. As long as we see a change in the people towards drugs then well know that were making progress. A “drug-free society” has never existed, and probably will never exist, regardless of the many drug laws in place. Over the past 100 years, the government has made numerous efforts to control access to certain drugs that are too dangerous or too likely to produce dependence. The war on drugs in our culture is a continuous action that is swiftly lessening our society. This has been going on for roughly 10-15 years and has yet to slow down in any way. Drugs continue to be a problem for the obvious reason that certain people abuse them in a way that can lead to ultimate harm on such a person. These drugs do not just consist of street drugs (marijuana, cocaine, ecstasy), but prescription medications as well. Although there are some instances where drugs are being used by subjects excessively, there has been medical research to prove that some of these drugs have made a successful impact on certain disorders and diseases.
Drugs within our communities pose a severe threat to our society as a whole. The United States if full of people who are unsatisfied with their lives, jobs, finances, and relationships; furthermore, they turn to drugs. A lot of people, “coat their problems with powder’, because they don’t know how to cope with the issues and stress that life throws at them. They consider drugs to be a “victimless crime”, and tend to think that they are not hurting anyone by doing them. They believe that it should be there choice in what they do with their body, and with their life. Unemployment, it is all too common of a label in this day and age for the American society. In Joshua Cooper Ramo’s article, “Unemployment Nation,” he clearly states: “the government can’t hire everyone” and that there is a decrease in jobs nationally. Ramo’s article was published in the Spetember 21, 2009 TIME magazine and includes many personal tragedies that happened to real Americans who have lost their jobs and are unsuccessful in finding another employer. Many hardships are about to sweep over the United States with an increase in percentage of Americans who are jobless, but with unemployment on the rise, where or how can America create more stable jobs?

The foreclosure crisis has no simple solution since so many things affect it, but fixing each thing one by one will gradually help. Incentives for people to buy are fantastic ideas. The $8,000 tax credit to first time homeowners is a good start. There could be others that don’t exclude current homeowners. The first few months’ mortgage could be paid for, or provide furnished houses. President Obama is very intellectual and I think he has the capacity to make wise decisions and fix our foreclosure crisis.
The world has many different issues, and without them the world would be a perfect place. An issue that causes a lot of controversy is drug abuse. Though the world can never be a perfect place, humans still need to do our best to make in inhabitable as possible, and drugs cause a lot of harm towards humans. Therefore, it is my belief that the first thing that needs to be fixed should be drugs and their abuse. Many possible solutions to this problem exist.

Toyota believes that in order to reach their goals is through educating people. Multiple Global Production Centers have been built within Motomachi Plant in Toyota City, in United States, the United Kingdom, and Thailand to carry our corresponding activities in the Asia-Pacific, European, and North American regions. To promote the “Toyota Way”, the Toyota Institute established an internal human resources development organization in North America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Oceania. As you can see the pros of the globalization of Toyota are endless. This company alone has created millions of jobs across the world. Winners are not only the workers, but also the buyers, without globalization Toyota automobiles would only be available in Japan.
