Fitness

Fitness plays a major role in becoming a solid and strong tennis player. It means you can be fast to recover, Hit the balls clean by bending your knees and staying low. Without having a good fitness routine or staying fit you would not be able to perform as well as you like. The key to the fitness routine is to do it well but in smaller rotations so you can get the most out of the exercise. I have put specific exercises that help a tennis player in speed, strength and agility. These specific exercises form a good base for becoming a solid and strong tennis player.

Nutrition

No matter what level you are in tennis nutrition is a key part in playing well. With having a good diet and watching out for what you eat it allows you to have the amount of energy before a tennis match so it is possible to play the best you can, but also after a tennis match to help recover quick and feel fresh and re cooperated. It is sometimes hard to know how much to eat before a tennis match because you can never be sure how long the whole match will take but having a rough estimate and knowing what to eat will definitely help make you perform better.

The Food Pyramid:

The food pyramid is a very good start and gives you a very good idea of what is good to eat and not good, but also an estimate of how much you should have from each.

Eat Most: This base layers consists of many foods which are the foods you should eat the most. These foods are: Vegetables, Beans, Lentils, Cereals, Bread (wholegrain recommended), Fruits, Nuts and Dried Peas. These are the food we should eat the most because they have many nutrients such as Carbohydrates as well as protein, vitamins, dietary fibers and minerals. Also with this you should drink ...

... means what are you going to do to beat them. Exploit their weakness, which for example could be their backhand so just play it to their backhand, but if that is not working out you need to think of something different and that is problem solving which can decide a game. So maybe instead of playing to their backhand just make them move. So with problem solving you can find new ways and solve ways to beat your opponent.
