When it comes to eating lunch or dinner with a few friends, most of us are very indecisive with where we want to go. I don’t mind sitting in the car and putting our minds together and sharing thoughts on what’s worth eating at the time, certain cravings or anyplace that is new or ‘most hyped’ which most young adults would say if the place was popular or found to be well known on social media. I use an app to help me with my choices of eating, and I am not ashamed of it.

The closest approach I take when it comes to eating is using the Yelp app on my phone which provides many locations shown around the area and filtering exactly what’s a popular place to eat or at least near me. I have had many experiences with the Yelp app, and I could say I use this app to help me choose on what to eat for about 3-4 times every week. No matter what, if I chose to eat at home or out, it can still be healthy or unhealthy food that I consume. It all depends on me and how I feel about it. I believe that most people would eat to just feed themselves because eating food is important, it is part of surviving, but to myself, I think it is best to always think over what’s good enough or healthy enough that I should eat. There isn’t a wrong or right choice over healthy food and unhealthy food. I understand my own food pattern when I go out to eat a lot with friends or family, but over time I do think over my decisions and change it up a bit. I would use to eat whatever that was new or popular or anything that I heard that sounded interesting to eat. Now, I try to look for a good place with good enough reviews that have a balance to what the food is
