According to their website, currently Wynn Las Vegas is rated one of the most luxurious 5-star hotels and was even given the Forbes Five-star award (2017). The Wynn Resort and Casino is one of the premier Las Vegas resort destination on the Las Vegas strip. However, the technology used in the hotel can be improved so it can reach other technologically advanced casinos such as the cosmopolitan or other new casinos on the strip. This is important because it needs to adhere to the change in demographic and technological advances seen in other casinos. By allowing new technology such as mobile app and kiosks, the resort will have a better chance at attracting the millennial or other technologically savvy people. It is important to realize that people have different sharing in different social channels. Next we will conduct surveys from front desk personnel to understand what the current problem . we will ask customers satisfied with new products?. We will Combine this with real-time data so that employees receive timely feedback solutions to improve goods and services in the analysis of comparative data. We will also use social media exposure and will make sure that each channel has a suitable tracking system. Then our hotel can try advertising on Facebook, Twitter and Groupon. Then we will analyze the customer data to see whether the kiosks attracted new customers, increased the proportion of the number of new customers and whether or not it achieved the expected results. In the end , we will also ask Whether the kiosk is still profitable and if the developmental and maintenance costs outweigh its contribution to the company.
