Art has been around for centurie. Art can be used to express people’s feeling and history. People go to museums to see collections of objects with many different types of cultural and historical backgrounds. In 1910 the Los Angeles Museum of History, Science and Art was established. Then in 1965 LACMA was established for the public to use. LACMA collects art the resemble Los Angeles’s unique diverse population and their cultural and historical backgrounds. This museum is is the largest museum in the western United States. The museum has over 135,000 objects the resembles 6,000 years of art history from different points of view. At the museum there were a lot of people even though it was raining and cloudy, which was surprising. In every museum everyone was quiet and were analyzing the different types of pieces. The people in the museum would communicate with one other to voice their opinion on the piece of art. It seemed that everyone in the museum were really intrigued with all the different sculptures and paintings. There were security in each building watching over all the people who entered the exhibit. The security were in each room and made sure nobody got too close or touched the sculptures or the art paintings. The lightning stood out because it was different in the different buildings. The Latin American building was well lit. Most of the light was focused on the painting to help enhance the art. The lights were centered around the paintings. The Korean building was dark expect for around the sculptors and art paintings. The sculptures that were behind the glass had light pointed to the pieces. The lights helped enhanced the beauty in all of the sculptures and the art
