Running, a habit of mine, increases my physical conditioning, keeps me in shape, reduces stress and improves my tenacity. Going from being unwell in every aspect of fitness to being capable of running three miles in twenty minutes without stopping has been a daunting task, one which still grows easier every day, as my journey to a personal peak of athleticism is nowhere near complete. The most difficult chunk of running is finding the time and motivation to do so. Because of the fact that both of my parents are teachers, it’s very common for me to finally arrive at my house at seven P.M.
