Country Travel Guide: Canada Canada is a great country. Canada is known for their maple and the amazing country. My favorite thing in canada to try is their maple bacon. What I hear what their know for is their maple. The country is above America. I think they got a hockey team named the Maple Leafs. So I am thinking that Maple is a big thing in canada . Canada is similar to America but there is a few different rules and it is smaller. This is a few basic things about Canada .

Canada is a northern country which has a lot of ice which made it an ideal place for the sport. Over the years Canada has been recognized throughout the world as having the greatest hockey players. This really helps Canadians with the liking of the sport as Canada does not get very much attention in the world. Let us all face it, what other sport is Canada considered the best at?

Canada was first discovered in the 15th century and was financially and economically supported by Britain. Canada was slowly 'growing up' and becoming less independent from its parents, Britain. Canada received its official independence in 1867, which was a major milestone in Canadian history. Through the years Canada has shown a great deal of responsibility and courage. At the turn of the 20th century, Canada's performance in World War I has allowed it to earn respect and recognition, as a strong nation and not just a British colony. During the period between the 2 world wars, Canada experienced enormous economic growth in the 20's and terrible poverty in the 30s. These drastic ups and downs forced the government to take a more active role in people's lives. Economically Canada boomed in the 1920s with new inventions like automobiles and the tractor. Canadian ties with US became closer because of the technological advancements. Canadian exports increased and Canada became a major trading partner with not only the US, but many other countries as well. In addition, political events such as the King Byng Crisis and the Chanak Affair contributed to the maturity of Canada. Throughout the years Canada has slowly moving farther away from Britain becoming more independent. By the end of the 30's, Canada had experienced politically, economically, and as an independent nation.
Canada is known for its rich natural resources, economic stability and evolving technological developments and prosperous nation fabricated with exceptional leaders, one of them being Lester B. Pearson. Canada has come a long way due to the progressive thinking and vision of Lester B. Pearson, a Canadian professor, historian, scholar, statesman, soldier, prime minister, and diplomat, who was the only Canadian to have won the Nobel Peace Prize winner in 1957 for organizing the United Nations Emergency Force to resolve the Suez Canal Crisis.
Many Americans think that the United States and Canada are very similar, but in fact they are very different. While the two countries are similar, they’re also very dynamic in their own ways. Both countries’ government systems are very different, but, as far as I can tell, have nearly the same ideas. Holidays are very important and apart of the culture in both countries, having a few in common. Although their geographical similarities are the most fascinating, they are the most diverse.
Canada has become a superior nation thru, perseverance, courage and even care as they persevered thru many dark battles, and made sure they all came thru together as a unit other than individuals. Their courage made there fighting 100% stronger as they wouldn’t back down to any task and they weren’t afraid to lose their life to help a fellow friend and country out. Care played a major aspect in each Canadian heart. There cared about Britain so they weren’t to go help them when they declared war, they helped other troops with their emotional problems and lastly they even cared a little about there enemies as they are the same person, however the only thing separating them is there culture. Canadians contributed in many ways to help our country's great efforts in the First World War.
What is a Canadian? Some may answer by describing typically friendly, polite, maple-loving people who find beavers to be of great importance. Additionally, Eugene Lee from South Korea describes Canadians as “big beer drinkers and crazy hockey fans”.

Canada has 10 Provences and 3 territories the Provences are Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, and Saskatchewan. The three territories are Nunavut, Yukon, and Northwest Territories. The capital is in Ottawa, Quebec. With approximately 37 million people living the the country its roughly the same population as California. Canada had two major languages, their first and native language is French and the second is the modernized English language.
I agree that Canada is the best country to live in. The reason I think that because a lot of immigrants come here to have a better healthcare and future. Canada's healthcare is more successful by keeping us healthy and eliminating the diseases, such as measles. It is known for being multicultural which, brings many people from different nations to make a country rare and unique like Canada.
Canada is known for its natural resources and scenic wonders, such as the beautiful Niagara Falls, the great mountains and different climates. Canada is one of the best countries. to live, because of many factors: life expectancy, healthcare and GDP. leading in comparison to many other countries. Life expectancy is the most important reason that makes Canada a good place.
