Decisions loom over individuals with their many prospects, outcomes and consequences of these decisions consequently indecision is the reality many will face. Indecision is a common thing everyone struggles with. In our lives, we are constantly facing so many decisions, every day, some tiny that won’t even matter tomorrow and some life changing. Indecision can occur either because it is thought of as a fear and because even though people believe they want to make a decision their brains are tricking us.

When researching into this matter, it was found that indecisiveness can be a fear. An indecision can be because one is afraid of choosing the wrong thing or the consequences of the wrong decision or not knowing what would happen if you choose the other options People will most likely find as many possibilities or consequence of an action and with so many thoughts one can become stressed and find a situation like this daunting. So many possibilities, consequences and outcomes will play on one’s indecisive mind making one become stressed and uncomfortable. Indecisive people aren’t as confident or sure as others. In the dictionary the definition of ‘indecisive’ is, “If you're indecisive, you have a hard time making decisions. When you finally do make a decision, you may not be confident about it, or you might change your mind.” This can easily further …show more content…

A lot of the time, indecision is over analyzing your choices so strategies such as setting a time limit for the decision making, or asking questions such as, “which one works best for me?” or “which option is more practical” To help with being indecisive people just need to trust themselves more and don’t worry so much about what others think because something everyone needs to realize is that is it your own
