My interest in life science made me attend a National Workshop on Animal Cell Line Techniques held at my college. To enrich my skills in software, I attended the Raspberry Pi Workshop conducted by Inventron during Biospectra'15 held at Anna University, Chennai. Another workshop I attended was the Basic Programming in Signal and Imaging Processing conducted by the Association of Biomedical Engineers at SSN College of Engineering. We also had a Hands-on Industrial Workshop on Critical Care Equipment conducted by Biovision Medical Systems at my college. The workings of instruments like diathermy, defibrillator, ventilator, etc. were explained to us.
Additionally, I attended a Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation Training held at Saveetha University on World Health Day as part of ‘Save a Life Movement.
