The freedom of speech is honored in the United Nation’s Universal Declaration of Human Rights and most democratic countries other than the United States of America grant this privilege to their citizens. It is an idolize political rights of every human being for able to speak or express themselves without being judged on the basis of race, sex, language, culture, religion and others. As it states in Universal Declaration of Human Right “Whereas recognition of the inherent dignity and of the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the Human family is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world”. America is a vast country with 50 states, different religions, and different races yet consider to be the most advanced country in the world. In fact, there are a number of people who wants to live in United states and is ready to leave their own country behind for some of these reasons by hoping that more opportunities will be given to them. The United States of America provides an equal right to all the citizens to stand and speak for what everyone believes in against the government, and individual’s right is respected in this country regardless of your backgrounds. America was invaded by the colonist who came from England in the seventh century, where it was a challenge to speak a word or to express yourself against the government especially for the press. Every book, article and journal can be rejected to publish, without given a reason or second chance to rewrite the same. Since our country has a history of repression and was restricted from all these freedom, American’s freedom of speech in today’s date is extraordinary
