Fish make amazing pets, some reasons why they make great pets include that fish are known to have a “calming effect” on humans, fish are also way less expensive than other pets, fish also don't suffer separation anxiety like other pets do, they are also really quiet, actually fish are silent, fish are very unique.

The first reason why I think you should get a pet fish is because they are known to have a calming effect when they swim because they are so quiet and beautiful. If you're stressed out or angry or sad, just look at your pet fish and they will calm you down just by swimming around doing nothing. Which is pretty neat.
