America may have just been conned by one of the greatest con men around. Mr.Donald Trump is a business man with no political skills or experience yet he campaigned and won the election for POTUS. He now sits in the Oval Office on the very same desk that many of the tests once sat in. However, the differences between them and Trump are not so subtle. Trump stormed his way through the RNC and gutted the DNC. He was in no way discreet or quiet about his feelings or “concerns”. No one took him serious or saw him as a threat. He was just the celebrity host trying to pull off another gig, or so we thought.
Before he began campaigning Mr. Trump was registered as a part of the democratic party, that conveniently changed around election time. Many saw he was not politically reputable, but to others that was the game changer they were hoping for. Trump appealed to his supporting group through logos. Gender, race, and age played a major role in this election. Trump’s demographic breakdown strategy was spot on. Donald does not paint himself to be a sympathetic person but he wisely fueled his supporters emotions. He fed off of their hidden anger, frustration, fears, and phobias. For the past eight years, many felt that they were being forced to live in an extremely liberal society against their beliefs. His supporters feel abused and betrayed by the current government, so he coined his campaign with the famous “Drain the swamp” saying. This was his promise to pull out all the money hungry shot callers who had intentions to only better their wallets rather than our society. This got his supporters riled up. He leveled with his supporters and painted himself to be one of them. He reached out to them and made them feel they shared the same fears and concerns for our patriotic
