Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children by Ransom Riggs is a magical series, but my favorite book from the series is the third and so far the last book, Library of Souls. Ransom Riggs grew up in Florida reading mystery books, which possibly inspired this famous series. Library of Souls takes me to a journey where anything is possible, and heroism in this book with the main character Jacob and all the other Peculiars is magnificent. This story revolves around Jacob, a peculiar who can see the deadly hollowgasts that hunt at night, and his love-interest, Emma, who can create fire with her hands. Throughout this story the two of them have a bond that seems it cannot be broken, and with the help of other peculiars in other loops, a loop is a portal to a different world usually going back in time, they need to find Mrs. Peregrine, their fearless, protective, and stubborn ymbryne, a ymbryne is a leader of a group of peculiars and it is their duty to protect them from the wights or from any dangers really. …show more content…

I must say though this action was better than most of the action in the first two books. It takes place in a bunch of different places, jumping from loops to loops running from wights and hollowgasts, switching time frames which is obviously very different than our world, but it stills creates a thought like what if there all places like loops that exist. In a way, it kind of reminds me of Harry Potter where they can make portals and go to a different world
