“I here found Minnie Wright guilty for the murder of her husband Mr. John Wright.” There was not one doubt in my mind that I had made the wright decision in finding her guilty. All the evidence was there to support my decision in this case. Mrs. Peter’s testimony played a major role as she confessed that she had hidden some of the evidence right along with Mrs. Hale. Mrs. Peter confessed everything after they got home later that night from Minnie Wrights house. Mrs. Peters stated she felt guilty for lying but she did it because the felt sympathy for Mrs. Wright.

Hale found some clues about the motive. We believe that she might have killed Mr. Wright.” “Why didn’t you say anything when we were at Minnie Wright house?”
“Mrs. Hale was very persuading. She told me not to say anything, but I know now it was wrong.”
That is how her testimony ended short with not that much detail. What she did mention was all the little clues that she told her husband. Which then he told George Henderson and helped him find the motive for the case. After Mrs. Peters Testimony, Mrs. Hale was up next. She started to explain why she had done and her reason for it, which was almost the same reason as Mrs. Peters. They both felt bad for Minnie Wright. Mrs. Hale started saying that she felt bad for not visiting her. She also mentioned that Mrs. Wright was a good women and a good wife to Mr. Wright. The Jury started to fill bad for Mrs. Wright. I could see it in their faces. Then George Henderson reminded the jury that she had killed a man and that there was no reason for her to have done what she did.
After Mrs. Hale, the Sheriff was next. The local sheriff told his story of what he had seen, and the conversation he with his wife. Then he started talking about the conversation he had with George the district attorney that next day at his
