She helped hundreds of people and donated millions of dollars to charities and she understood people’s pain because she went through so much suffering herself. Her heart of gold led her to change the world’s perspective of sick or disabled children, the homeless, victims of HIV/ AIDS, and landmines. Although she died nearly 18 years ago, the world will always remember the legacy she left and how she showed kindness to everyone around her. Her lasting impact has caused many people to follow in her footsteps and share their love with the less fortunate. Although Diana was troubled with her own problems, she devoted her life to helping others and this is why she will always be remembered as the People’s Princess.
