Have you ever wondered why everywhere you go; there are obese individuals, that in turn all we have to help this struggle is dieting plans such as nutria system, jenny Craig, and Weight Watchers? As you can tell people nowadays are lazy, they don’t want to work to feel better; they want to eat a magical food without looking twice into it, though it is scientifically proven that a balanced meal and exercise daily gets these extra pounds off. So I therefore ask the question “What’s really in our food,” because not only are unnatural foods in every shape and form, they are unhealthy, but also are a hazard for our bodies.
Over a period the human body can develop a series of sicknesses when it intakes an excessive amount of artificial food, these sicknesses may include cancer, ADHD, and obesity. The human body is made to digest Earths natural nutrients, either if its meat, grains, herbs or crops. The question is ‘do we really want to know what we are consuming? Over the years, many scientists toiled in labs trying to figure out what chemically engineered products we would like best, either if it is from the taste, scent, texture, or appearance. Businesses care more about the wealth of the product than about our planet's well being. The scientists load up the product with a preferred amount of salt, sugar, and/or fat, just so the consumer will purchase the item. The dyes in food alone are so unnatural that they could cause serious complications in children.
Since you are now aware with all of these unreasonable things happening, are you curious about what of all of your boxed up food in your cupboards ingredients list means? Many food labels are what I call hazardous cover-ups, and deceptions that make you think one thing and consu...

... you pick a packaged blueberry muffin instead of a brownie, you are actually getting the same as the brownie. The blueberries are made from chemicals, corn syrups, and other artificial stuff, all for the purpose of a longer shelf life.
Do not be the fools or the rundown simple-minded person; expand your knowledge on what goes on inside of you. Be in charge of your own life. Fight back for what is right and just plain immoral. Did you know that when you die and decompose, all of those chemicals and impurities in your system would stay the same for thousands or maybe even millions of years? I bet generations to come will look back on the irresponsible life we lived and will think how ignorant we were doing this to ourselves. Just please think about all I shared with you, for if I helped at least one person open their eyes to this issue, I have gotten my point across.
