Aleyra Garcia My family’s background come from the country of Mexico. I was raised in an environment that follows most of the mexican cultures. My family and have been through many situations, good and bad. During my entire life I have had the opportunity to receives many support from my family. All of the situations i have faced, and the support given, have shaped into the person that I’m today. My mom and dad, both were raised in Mexico. Therefore, I was raised the Mexican style. My parents raised me the same way they were raised with the same concept, except that i was raised in a different country. In order to improve their lifestyle, my parents decided to move to the United States. I was born in the United States, being the only and youngest girl out of three children. My childhood was filled with great moments; however, not all of childhood was great. As a little girl, my family and I went through many unfortunate situations. One of the situations that has mark my life the most was the time that I had to be away of my parents, and brothers for almost two months. …show more content…

Trying to fix the problem, my family went to Mexico and decided to leave me in the United States with my aunt. At first I thought that i was only going to be with my aunt for a few day but those few days days turned out to be almost two months. The first days that i spent with my aunt I felt good; although as the time passed, the more I missed my parents. The more days I spent with my aunt, the more my uncomfortableness grew. I had to handle the problem as calmly as I could because I knew that it was the best for my family.
