Visual transition scene: A sound effect was used in the restaurant scene between Tiffany and Pat. After Tiffany walked out she start accusing Pat of harassment. Some people begin to look at Pat with disgust and start flicking him off with their finger. Ambient noises from the cop car were used to describe the tension during the scene. Visual transition scene: During the fight scene between Pat and his dad. You could hear Pat slowly breathing. Pat breath was showed to describe his tension with Nikki. During the "Fell in love with a Girl" scene his shirt comes totally out. Pat shirt was tucked in again. Continuity errors: In the scene where Tiffany attempting to put a full length tie on Pat for the dance competition. Pat's collar is up and down inconsistently Continuity mistake: Bardely Cooper wears a necklace. While rehearsing a dance sequence with Jennifer Lawrence the necklace is alternately hanging on his chest then back, indiscriminately between curbs. Continuity Mistake: When Bradley and Jennifer arrive at the dance competition they end up holding hands together. As they make their way upstairs to register, Bradely is on the left of the picture, but as the scene cuts (in real time) from them starting up the stairs to getting to the top, they have switched sides. Then, very briefly, when Jennifer goes to use the restroom, they have switched back again.
