The killing of an innocent human being is wrong, even if that human being has yet to be born. Unborn babies are considered human beings by the US government. The Federal Unborn Victims of Violence Act, which was enacted "to protect unborn children from assault and murder," states that under federal law, anybody intentionally killing or attempting to kill an unborn child should "be punished for intentionally killing or attempting to kill a human being." The act also states that an unborn child is a "member of the species homo sapiens. A child should not have to die for a person's mistake.

It's used as a cover up for a one night stand or a solution to a relation gone wrong. If a woman is willing to have sex, she’s knowingly taking the risk of getting pregnant. She should be responsible for her actions. This responsibility should not be avoided at the cost of an innocent child’s life. Choosing to raise a child is a responsibility not to be taken lightly. The Fifth amendment under the Constitution, which is part of the Bill Of Rights, declares that “No person shall be deprived of life,liberty, or property, without due process of law.” By doing this you're taken away that kids life and depriving them of happiness.

On the other hand people want abortion to be legal.
