Thomas Anderson, a.k.a Neo a man living a double life. During the day he is just an average man with an average job as a computer programmer. At night he lives the life of a as a computer hacker who goes by the name Neo, only known by his clients. Neo wakes up one night to a strange message on his computer, telling him to “follow the white rabbit”. Neo is then startled by the knock at his door, to which he then finds out that the “white rabbit” was tattooed onto the back of one of his clients. He is asked by the buyer if he would like to come out to a club with them to get a drink, once Neo sees the white rabbit he doesn’t hesitate to accept the offer. Standing in the club, Neo gets approached by a woman who happens to know not only his fake name, but also claims she knows everything about him. She tells him that he is being watched and that the only thing that she can tell him is that he is in danger. The question that haunts Neo, which he has been searching for his whole life, “what is the matrix”? …show more content…

Neo returns to his desk which he then receives a phone in the mail. Neo gets contacted by Morpheus who continues to tell Neo that his life is in danger and that he is being targeted by the police. Neo has no other choice but to trust Morpheus and the people that work alongside of him. Neo is in great danger and does not believe that what is happening to him is real. He does not want to believe anyone of what is happening because in his mind, he is dreaming and he believes that he is going to wake up and that this will all be over and that everything that he happened to him in the dream, really actually never happened. After listening to Trinity a girl that works alongside Morpheus, she takes Neo to him to help him through the situation that he has been put
