Dreams, what are dreams? For many years we have wondered what dreams are made of. After much thought and deliberation we have stumbled upon three possible answers to this question. First of all, we believe it could be a period of total escape from reality and all of the problems that reality brings with it. Second, we have no doubt that dreams provide a time of contemplation of past mistakes and what would have been the outcome if a different choice would have been made. Third,we consider dreams may contain the simple answers to difficult problems which the mind overlooked and disregarded as too basic of a solution for such a complex problem.The day is stressful, and through the day one does not always have a time to rest and relax. This theory is better than most because we have surveyed 30 people and 3 out of those 30 say that most of their dreams have something to do with issues that have been through or ones they are going through. This theory is fully watson’s theory it has nothing to do with Freud’s theory which suggested that dreams were representations of unconscious desires, thoughts and motivations. Nor is it Hobson’s theory which is, circuits in the brain become activated during REM sleep, which causes areas of the limbic system involved in emotions, sensations and memories, including the amygdala and hippocampus, to become …show more content…

According to the dream interpreter, “to dream that you are playing or watching softball indicates that you need to stay within your own limits and capabilities. Don't overdo things. The last person we asked about their dreams said she dreamed about how her life would be in college since she is going so far away. According to dream interpreter, “To dream that you are in college indicates that you are going through some social or cultural changes. You want to expand your knowledge and awareness.
