The writing process is a strenuous procedure that requires a great deal of concentration. It can be simply accomplished by thinking outside the box; although, the process is time consuming. The writing process allows the writer to express their feelings on the specific topic. To compose a quality paper, always prewrite, draft, and revise to ensure an easy connection to the readers. In the prewriting step, the writer should examine the topic. The writer should form the thesis sentence, which is vital to have in the paper. The thesis sentence foreshadow what the reader should expect to read about in the body paragraphs. Also, it gives the writer an idea on what each paragraph should be about. Each one of the following body paragraphs should relate back to the thesis sentence which is located at the end of the introduction paragraph. Next, the writer should start to free write to produce information to incorporate in the paper. All the information you write down may not be used depending on how efficient it is. When forming a paper, one cannot back the entire paper up with opinions, because that is not enough valid information

The writer should start to integrate the ideas that were formed in the prewriting process. It would be best if the writer wrote the sentences as if it was the final draft to get a true feeling outlook on the sentences. The coherence of the paper is vital, because it keeps the reader engaged to continue to read. If a writer wants to incorporate another author’s work, it is important to give the author credit for their work. Depending on the type of paper, some sources are permitted some are not. Sentence variety is an important technique to incorporate in the rough draft. They help to make the paper flow better and allow the reader to not be reading the same boring sentences. Run-on-sentences and fragments are not permitted, so it is best to reframe from writing
